Fix-It Clinic Registration Form - May 16th, 2026

Let's fix your stuff! Please fill out this form with as much detail as you can so that we can pair you with the best repair expert to assist you. Form submission is not a guarantee of a time slot at the Fix-It Clinic; submissions are assessed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our staff will reach out following your submission to confirm the availability of an expert and your assigned time slot. CURRENTLY ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS FOR THE MAY 16th, 2026 FIX-IT CLINIC AT THE DULUTH MAKERSPACE.

*All items brought to the fix-it clinic must 1) fit comfortably through a standard doorway, 2) not be actively leaking fluids (if leaking, please drain in advance), and 3) not be a firearm or explosive device.
Please describe the issue your item is having in as much detail as you can. (Is it working intermittently? Not at all? Is it making unusual noises, missing a part, or visibly broken?) The more detail you include, the better our volunteers will be equipped to assist you.
