Purchasing
Resource Renew conducts business with vendors and contractors according to laws set for public entities by the State of Minnesota. Vendor payment after receipt of invoice will occur within 35 days in most cases.
Professional services in excess of $50,000 and any goods or service purchases in excess of $175,000 require sealed bids and shall be solicited by public notice according to proper procedures.
Become a Vendor
First-time vendors will need to complete an IRS Form W-9 and call 218-722-3336 for instructions on how to best submit the form to the Finance Department.
The District encourages small, women-owned and minority-owned business enterprises to bid for contracting opportunities.
The District is exempt from Minnesota state, county and city sales tax.
