Compost Bin and Rain Barrel Sales are Back in 2026!

It’s a great time of year to think about summer rain and composting, right?

Resource Renew will be partnering with the Recycling Association of Minnesota (RAM) again this year on Rain Barrel and Compost Bin sales at a discounted rate! The online sale will include the same supplies, at the same prices, as last year. You can check them out on the RAM website: Recycling Association of Minnesota

When the store goes live on Saturday, March 1st (12:01 am!), it can be accessed from the Recycling Association of Minnesota website (link above). When you find the Resource Renew store, be sure to enter in the promo code for the District discount (ResourceRenew20). The $20 discount can be applied to the purchase of 1 rain barrel and/or 1 compost bin per transaction.

How do I pick up my order?

Residents will then be able to pick up their purchased items at the Yard Waste Compost Site on Saturday, April 25th from 1-4:30 p.m. PLEASE ADD THIS DATE TO YOUR CALENDAR.  We don’t have an easy way to contact everyone who orders with a reminder.  Arrangements can also be made to pick up at a later date.

Rain Barrels

The rain barrels, that retail for up to $120+, will be offered for $100 plus the Resource Renew discount code for $20. At $80, that’s a $40 savings!
